Already Loved Club Creator Gift Terms

These terms apply when Already Loved Club approves a creator for a gifted-product collaboration. Applying does not guarantee a gift, paid campaign, or acceptance into a specific affiliate program.

Gifted collaboration deliverable

Unless we agree to something different in writing before the collaboration, a creator who accepts a gift agrees to:

Publish one original Instagram Reel or TikTok within 14 days of receiving the order.
Tag @alreadylovedclub.
Include the creator’s unique Already Loved Club affiliate link or discount code in the caption, bio, or Story where appropriate.
Clearly disclose the relationship in the video and caption using language such as “Gifted by @alreadylovedclub” or “Ad.”
Submit the live post URL through our Creator Content Submission form.

Content and usage

The content must be original, accurate, lawful, and reflect the creator’s honest experience. Already Loved Club may repost the approved content organically for 90 days with creator credit. Paid advertising, whitelisting, editing beyond ordinary formatting, or any extended usage requires separate written approval.

Affiliate links and commission

Affiliate links, discount codes, commission rates, attribution, refunds, and payouts are managed through Shopify Collabs and the creator’s assigned program. Program benefits can differ by creator and may change prospectively.

Completion and future opportunities

Additional gifts and program upgrades are only considered after prior deliverables have been verified. If an agreed deliverable is not completed, Already Loved Club may pause future gifting, decline future collaborations, or remove the creator from an invite-only program. Earned affiliate commission remains subject to the applicable Shopify Collabs terms and program settings.

Already Loved Club is an independent vintage reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by Nike, Inc., adidas AG, or any other brand whose pre-owned products we resell; all trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the secondhand items we sell.
