# Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Encino, California. Every piece is carefully inspected, steamed, and hand-packaged before it leaves us.

## Processing time

Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

During launches, restocks, or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll always note this on the site if it applies.

## Domestic (United States)

- **Standard shipping:** flat $10, 3–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail
- **Free shipping** on US orders over $200
- All US orders include tracking and $100 of carrier insurance at no additional cost

## International

We ship to most countries worldwide.

- **Standard international:** calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, typically $25–$65
- Estimated delivery: **7–21 business days** depending on destination and customs processing
- All international orders ship via USPS International or DHL with tracking

**Customs, duties & taxes:** International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping rate and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We cannot predict or cover these charges.

If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the order will be refunded minus original shipping and any return fees imposed by the carrier.

## Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please email **hello@alreadyloved.club** and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Loved Already Club is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. We will assist in filing a carrier claim where possible.

## Shipping to incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
