Refund policy

**Effective date:** April 22, 2026

Every piece at Loved Already Club is **one-of-one vintage**, curated and photographed individually. Because each item is unique and pre-owned, all sales are final **except** in the case of undisclosed defects, misrepresentation of condition, or shipping damage, as described below.

## What we accept returns for

We accept return requests within **7 days of delivery** for the following reasons only:

1. **Undisclosed defects.** The piece arrived with a material flaw (a tear, stain, hole, odor, or functional issue such as a broken zipper) that was not shown in photographs or described in the listing.
2. **Misrepresentation.** The piece is substantively different from what was listed — wrong size label, wrong era, wrong brand, or materially different condition grade.
3. **Shipping damage.** The piece was damaged in transit.

Because every item is one-of-one, we do **not** accept returns for:

- Change of mind
- Fit issues (please consult the measurements listed on each product page before ordering — tags, modern sizing, and vintage sizing often differ significantly)
- Minor signs of wear consistent with the age of the piece and disclosed in the listing (soft fading, light pilling, hand-feel, etc.)
- Care/laundering mishaps after delivery

## How to request a return

Email **hello@alreadyloved.club** within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (front, back, and close-up of the defect)
- A brief description of what you received vs. what was expected

We respond within 2 business days. If the return is approved, we'll issue a prepaid return label. The piece must be returned **unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact**.

## Refunds

Once the returned piece is received and inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method within **5–10 business days**. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (defect, misrepresentation, or shipping damage), in which case shipping is fully refunded.

## Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging **before opening** and email us immediately at hello@alreadyloved.club. We'll file a carrier claim on your behalf and issue a replacement credit or full refund once resolved.

## Exchanges

Because every piece is one-of-one, direct exchanges are not possible. If you'd like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order separately.
